Profile
"When you're looking for creative, professional photography that's consistently inside the deadline, under the budget, and beyond your expectations..." This has been our mantra for the more than 25 years that we have been serving the architect, builder, real estate, hospitality, and interior design industries.
Marc's passion for architecture began when he was 16 years old. He went to visit his brother, a student at the University of Florida, who introduced him to photography by means of a Minolta SRT-201 camera. What began as a casual interest quickly grew into a strong desire for capturing both interior and exterior images of any building he came across. He soon realized that his fascination was with capturing a 3D space and transforming it onto a 2D piece of film. Consequently, following his graduation from high school Marc embarked on his career path, attending The Art Institute of Atlanta, The Portfolio Center of Atlanta, and The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale from which he graduated in 1990. He soon discovered that there was, indeed, a market for architectural photography. He began his career not as a photographer, as he had originally anticipated, but rather as an assistant to several well established photographers (mostly architectural). Then, in the early 1990's, he became an assistant to world renowned architectural photographer, Dan Forer. This would later prove to be an invaluable experience in his career.
Although concurrently dabbling in other disciplines of photography, Marc has placed his primary focus on interior and architectural photography. From 4x5 view cameras & film, to working predominantly with high end digital capture tools, he has spent the last 25 years perfecting the intricacies of light, detail, and form to create memorable images for such publications as "Miami Home Decor," "Palm Beach The Island," "Open House," and various advertorials in design periodicals.
Marc now spends most of his time creating images for interior designers, architects, and high end real estate agencies. He is a general member of the PPA (Professional Photographers of America) and a general member of the AIAP (Association of Independent Architectural Photographers) wherein he is the longest standing member on the directory page for Florida photographers.
